Sound familiar?
Interest is a start. Give people a schedule to follow.
- The workshop date gets buried beneath the next social post.
- A new session means sharing the schedule all over again.
- Your audience switches between messages to find the details.
An example in practice
A six-week workshop with one place for every session.
A creator publishes the workshop dates, joins each event to its session link and shares the calendar in the welcome message. Participants follow the series in their calendar app. A new bonus session can be published to the same calendar.
Illustrative scenario, not a customer case study or measured result.
Give the series a home
Publish your class dates, session descriptions and joining links in one calendar.
Share where your audience is
Add the subscription link to a welcome email, a community message or your website.
Build a rhythm people can follow
Publish the next session to the same calendar instead of asking followers to save each date separately.
Their calendar. Your next event.
A familiar place
to follow along.
Your audience does not need an OgeSync account. They follow using a supported calendar app.

Connect your Google account and approve the displayed permissions for automatic event updates.
Apple Calendar
Follow the calendar feed. Apple controls when subscribed calendars refresh.
Microsoft Outlook
Personal Outlook/Hotmail accounts can follow the feed. Work or school accounts may need manual setup or administrator approval.
Before you share
A couple of useful details.
Can I include a joining or booking link?
Put the session or registration link in the event description. OgeSync shares the calendar schedule; use your existing booking, course or video platform for the session itself.
How quickly will a changed date appear?
Google connections receive automatic updates after sign-in and consent. Apple and personal Outlook/Hotmail control their feed-refresh schedules, so updates can take time. Work or school Microsoft 365 may need manual setup or administrator approval. Use your usual direct communication for urgent changes; see the calendar guide for setup details.
A little less chasing. A little more clarity.
Make your next event easier to follow.
Publish your schedule. Share the link. Give people a calendar to follow.
