Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OgeSync in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including brands (calendar creators) and subscribers (people who add calendars).

OgeSync is a calendar marketing platform. It lets brands create event calendars and publish them as iCal feeds. Subscribers can add these calendars to their personal calendar apps (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook) with one tap. Events sync automatically to subscribers' calendars.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person or organisation may not create multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits.

You must use OgeSync in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. This policy explains what content and behaviour is and is not allowed on our platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

OgeSync offers several subscription plans (Free, Starter, Growth, Business). Plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack.
• If payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the Free plan after a grace period.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
• Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment, pro-rated based on usage. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

• Your content: You own all calendars, events, and content you create on OgeSync. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Our platform: OgeSync (the website, code, design, and brand) is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it.
• Licence to us: By posting content on OgeSync, you give us a limited licence to display, distribute, and deliver that content to your subscribers via calendar feeds. This licence ends when you delete the content.

By you: You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. We will try to give you notice before taking action, except in serious cases (e.g. illegal activity, spam, or harm to other users).

OgeSync is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, OgeSync's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or NGN 10,000, whichever is greater).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed events, or data loss.

You agree to defend and hold harmless OgeSync and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of OgeSync after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OgeSync will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria. Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us at ify@ogesync.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
