Refund Policy

This document is provided for informational purposes. By using OgeSync, you agree to these terms.
1. Refund window
You can request a refund within 7 days of the date of payment. Refunds are pro-rated based on your actual usage during those 7 days. For example, if you used the service for 3 out of 7 days, you would receive a refund for the remaining 4 days.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to ify@ogesync.com with the following details:
- The email address associated with your OgeSync account
- Your payment reference or transaction ID (from your Paystack receipt)
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
3. Processing time
Once we approve your refund, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via Paystack. The refund will be returned to the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
4. Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy
- The refund request was made more than 7 days after the payment date
- The services have been fully consumed during the billing period
5. Free tier
The Free plan does not require any payment, so no refund is applicable. If you are on the Free plan and have not made any payments, there is nothing to refund.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
